It really made me sad to think that this was the last of the Harrison stories. I got it, you can only have so many lost brothers or sisters running around out that before you stop and think...really? So after this one brother was discovered it was enough.

As sad as I was because I was really enjoying this family, the author did a wonderful job of how she ended the series. She tied everything up and left you with the knowledge that the Harrison's were going to be okay.

I was both shocked and happy when it turned out that there was a younger brother to the Harrison clan that no one knew about other then Nick's mother that is. Of course that opens us up to the dilemma of what his mother did. She keep him from his other side of his family. I got her reasons, truly I did, but I also understood why he was so pissed about it.

Hell, I even understood why Charles the second was pissed and I can't stand that man.

I really liked Nick and worried about how he was going to be treated by his family. I really shouldn't have. Other then his father, the rest came to understand that he had no control over not know anymore then then did and he wanted nothing from them.

He was there only to help the nephew he didn't know and maybe connect with his brothers and sister, and to fall for Amanda even when he wasn't looking for a romance. Who would so far from home?

Most of the time I liked these two together but at other times I wanted to slap Amanda. She treated him so unfairly and put things on him that he hadn't done. She made more out of everything he did that she didn't like. Okay, maybe I didn't care for her as much as I thought.

I just felt at times she wasn't fair to him and for no good read what so ever. Of course in the ended they worked through everything and found their HEA but...I was still just okay with her. Love Nick though.

I really liked how the author ended the story and moves she made. I want to say more but you should read it for yourself. It will all be worth it. Now that she's done with this series and can't wait to see what's next.
