Book Club Thursday

So here we are at the last post of 2016 for Book Club Thursday! I know I'm speaking for all of us when I say we had such a wonderful time this year and really hope you'll join us next year!

This post will be slightly lengthy because we have a lot to talk about. Sit back, relax, and lets discuss!

As we leave 2016 we'd like to talk about the books we've reviewed. We each have a most favorite and least favorite book that we read for our Reading Challenge.

Least Favorite:

Favorite:

As of right now I haven't tried another book by Nichole Michaels. My favorite book was one I read for our Re-Read a Desert Island Book. In a way I was sad that after all the books I've read for our challenges that a reread was still my favorite, but on the other hand, how cool is it that a favorite book is still your favorite?

We are also talking about what we can't wait for in 2017:

Face The Flames
Sugarland Blues #6
Jo Davis
3/17/17
Berkley Books

A near-fatal accident left firefighter/paramedic Clay Montana with devastating injuries. Now, after a year-long recovery, Clay is focused on one thing: getting his body back to form, so he can return to the job he loves. And then a chance meeting with a fiery redhead changes his life...

Detective Melissa Ryan may be the new cop on the block, but she s no stranger to Sugarland. It s where she lived with her violent, criminal uncle a man she needs to see behind bars. But when she meets Clay at a crime scene, the down-but-far-from-out firefighter makes her rethink her priorities.

Getting close to Clay is intoxicating, but Melissa must keep her wits about her if she s to protect them from a man with deadly intentions
