SEAL's Christmas Dream by J.M. Madden

When Veterinarian Willow James' office is broken into, it's natural that she turn to her soul mate, former Navy SEAL K9 handler Joe Flynn, to track down the culprits. The trail leads to a notorious Pit-Bull fighting ring. It may take a Christmas miracle and a helpful nudge from an old partner to get everyone home safely.

Home Fires - A Deep Six Security Novella by Becky McGraw

US Navy SEAL Matt Sullivan was beginning to realize there was one thing he could count on at Christmastime--someone would die unexpectedly and he would be three-thousand miles from home. It happened the last three years with his mother, ex-mother-in-law and last year his father.

This year, his ex-wife Sage dies under mysterious circumstances which leaves his son at home alone and Matt at the end of his career. When he gets home, he expects to find his son upset, but his ex-wife's newly-single best friend has things firmly under control. The only things Callie Bowman can't control are his banked desire for her, her surly attitude toward him and the brand new puppy his son got for Christmas.

Snowflake’s Gift by Lindsay McKenna

Two veterans—one human, one canine—have returned to Montana to recover from the traumas of war. FormerArmy Ranger Nick Conway depended on his WMD dog Snowflake to help him navigateIEDs on the battlefield. Now he needs his best friend to help him cope with hisPTSD and acclimate to civilian life. When he meets Holly McGuire and agrees to help her deliver meals to the elderly, her inner light calls to him, but his demons hold him back from giving in to his attraction. But Snowflake takes an immediate shine to the kindhearted Holly—and he has never led Nick down the wrong path.

Dog Tags for Christmas was all I love in my holiday reading. I do love a good anthology. They are just so much easier to read at this time of the year. Way too much to do and that leaves very little time to read. Of course if I was honest I would have to tell the truth about the fact that I read this book in October when we first decided what we were going to read.

I had no choice. The last week of November and the First week of December are my...it's okay if you don't read time. I try to get all my December review books read way before the they need to be because I know I'll be busy and not a have a ton of time to read.

I really enjoyed each of the stories. In each story the main character is (to me) the dogs. They really steal the show (or I should say story) They really added to the entire book.

The only story that gave me a second thought was Seal's Christmas Dream by J. M. Madden. Joe and Willow's story starts in the book called, Seal's Lost Dream. Yes, the Christmas story stands alone but...

Other then that fact I really enjoyed the each story and they are work the time to read.

If you've read Dog Tags for Christmas or anything else by any of these authors I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks for visiting and happy reading!
