Sammael–call him Sam–was an angel once. An Angel of Death. But the dispassionate, watch-from-above thing just wasn’t working for him when it meant watching evil torture innocent souls day in and day out. It might have cost him his wings, but these days he gets to apply the direct method on the bad guys. Problem is, what’s making his life difficult is a bad girl…

Seline O’Shaw needs protection, and with the hounds of hell on her tail, she’s not going to quibble too hard about where she gets it. Sam’s virtue is questionable, but he’s smoking hot, massively powerful, and owes her a favor. So what if she’s getting a little case of angel lust? There are some damn deadly sins after her hide…

I'm not sure why I let myself get behind on some of my favorite authors, but I do. I just don't have the time to read that I'd like to have. That's why I love our clearing off the shelves post, I can get some of my older books read!

This month I am getting one step closer to being caught up with Cynthia Eden. Of course I'm still way behind on her so I'm not making that much progress.

Baby steps.

Today I'm reviewing, Angel Betrayed. This is book #2 of her The Fallen Series, it was out back in 2012.

I so loved Sammael, he is so HOT! Right away you understand why he's a fallen Angel, you just don't how fallen. He's seen and lived through so much that you have to wonder how my evil he has done. Of course you quickly find out what he's about. Even when he's not sure about those around him.

Now Seline, she's a didn't kettle of fish. You aren't really sure what she's all about or if you can trust her. As you learn more about her past you can't help but feel bad for her. She's spent most of her life being told one thing only to find out everything isn't as she thought it was.

Together they go on a wild ride that shows them just what they mean to each other. I'm so glad that I took the time to read Angel Betrayed, now all I have to do is read books #3 & #4!

If you've read Angel Betrayed or any other book by  Cynthia Eden I'd love to hear your thoughts. Thanks for visiting and happy reading!
