There are certain series that you can't get enough of and Vamp City is one of those for me. Every time I read a book in this series I want the next one the second I'm done. Palmer does a wonderful job of making you lose yourself within the pages of the story. You almost feel like you're living in this world. The hero of A Kiss of Blood is not what you'd think of as a hero, of course that won't stop you from fall for him. Watching Arturo's growth in this book makes it a fuller, richer story. I can't tell you how hard it is for me to have to wait for the next one in the series. Next week would be to long. Most books in series are stand alone's but I would recommend that you read this after you read A Blood Seduction. It will help with whats going on in Vamp City clear. Run, don't walk and pick up both books. They are well worth your time. Happy reading!
