Review
This is book two in the Cupcake Diaries. Like the first book it is a novella. We are back at the cupcake shop and this time its Rachel Donovan & Mike Palmer story. Rachel is the friend in this group. Again, just like in the first book you enjoy the characters. Rachel has many relationship issues that she of course finally works out, and Mike is a nice well rounded man. I enjoyed the story but do have a issue with the fact that it was pretty much the same plot as the first book. I think when you write these novella and put them out so close together you need to find a different plot line for each. I'm grateful for the fact that the characters are really good. They help make up for the same-same plot. I'm hoping Kim's story might be slightly different. Of course saying all that I will read Kim's story because I need to know her story.
