Today is the last day of the Avon Affair. I can't say how much I enjoyed these last 14 days. I want to thank Jena at Pure Textuality for setting this whole thing up. Thanks Jena! Today instead of one review I'm just going to give a shout out to my favorite Avon Authors, or some of them. :) Thanks for going on this trip with me!
I fell in love with Rachel Gibson and her writing a very long time ago. She's a fantastic author who puts a ton of humor in her books. Both Candis Terry and Jennifer Bernard are new authors for me and I fell in love with both. Are you feeling the love? All three authors are well worth the cost of their books. In fact they have a new one out that you can't beat the price. Crazy Sweet Fine came out on March 26th. Get a little taste of these authors, I know you'll get hooked.
I've always loved books by Pamela Palmer. She writes great male characters, the type you want to know. However when she wrote A Blood Seduction I nearly lost my mind on how good it is. This is a great series that you have to try. A Blood Seduction was my favorite book for 2012. Her next book A Kiss of Blood is out on June 25th.
Since I've done 2 from the present, lets do 2 flashbacks.
Jenna Petersen writes historical romance. She is one of the funniest ladies I've ever met. She's also one of the sweetest. Years back we read a book of her's for our book club and I was lucky enough to have Jenna come and join our meeting. The woman had to drive hours to get to my house and she did, with such grace. Historical fans will love her books.
Marianne Stillings is one of those authors that I really miss. She wrote funny, suspenseful, charming books. You always loved her characters and wanted to know more about them. She so worth your reading time.
Again, I want to thank you all for taking the time to read my blog and following me during the Avon Affair. Happy reading!
