Avon Addict's Blog Hop & Giveaway

Where has the year gone? It seems like yesterday that I was filling out a form to become a Avon Addict. I can still remember the day when I received the email saying that I was excepted. Being me of course, I hadn't the slightest idea what I was reading at first. Then, shock and disbelieve set in and I gave a little shout. Luckily I was alone. I've always been a fan of Avon Romance's, but this past year I have found even more authors to love.
Here's a few of my all time favorites that I think you might love.

Lyndsay Sands: www.lynsaysands.net

I've loved her for a very long time. I read both her paranormals and historicals. There's always humor in her books.

Kerrelyn Sparks: www.kerrelynsparks.com

She's a great paranormal author that writes great characters and has a ton of humor in her books.

Rachel Gibson: www.rachelgibson.com

A wonderful contemporary author that writes with a huge amount of humor in her books. She's always worth reading.

Sandra Hill: www.sandrahill.net

Whatever she writes, humor plays a big part of it. To me, her books are some of the funniest. She a must read.

Pamela Palmer: www.pamelapalmer.net

I've always enjoy her books- but her story; A Blood Seduction was my favorite book of the year. The shocking part is that its more urban romance then paranormal romance and I'm not usually a fan of that. But you must read this book! And because it's my favorite of the year I will be giving a copy away.

Here are some new authors that I started reading since becoming a Avon Addict that I now love.

Lena Diaz: www.lenadiaz.com

She writes romantic suspense with a touch of humor. If your a fan of Julie Garwood you'd like her.

Candis Terry: candisterry.com

She writes contemporary romance with a bunch of humor. Can you see the thread of all these authors. I like humor.

Anna Randol: www.annarandol.com

A great historical author. A must read if you like a good plot with great characters.

There are so many authors that I couldn't mention without this post being much longer. So instead I will just give you the Avon Romance web link. You can go there yourself. www.avonromance.com I want to say a big thank you to Avon for the fun time I had as a Avon Addict. The funny part as a Avon Addict Alumni I'm still having fun. Here's a picture of the goods I'll be giveaway. I hope you'll stop by either my facebook page or blog so we can talk about all the books that you like. Happy reading!

  2. I too am a huge fan of books with humor. I specially love southern women writers. There is just something about the way they can tell a story which will have me rolling! She's not an Avon Author (sorry Avon), but you really should read Judy Conner's Book. We were driving home from a trip while I was reading this book and I started laughing so hard I could not breath! Seriously! My husband thought he was going to have to pull over and get me some cold water or something. I have never read Lynsay Sand's romance novels and have her on my TBR list since I'm not a huge fan of the paranormals, but I like hers so I know I'll be loving the historicals.

    1. Humor even in a suspense somehow makes the book better. I love nothing better then laughing at something I'm reading. You might not be a fan of paranormal but I think you will love Sand's historicals.

  16. Thanks for putting together such an awesome package. I've had my eye on all these authors/books. I love Pamela Palmer's Feral Warriors series and would love to check out her Vamp City novels. Same goes for Karina Cooper. Her A Dark Mission series rocks and her St. Croix Chronicles sound very intriguing. I also recently read Miranda Neville's The Dangerous Viscount which I just totally adored. Sebastian has to be one of the most delicious geeks! I have been fiending for the other books in her Burgundy Club series to read the stories of the other club men. Tarquin's and Blake's stories, oh I just know they'll be delectable.

  28. Oh I absolutely love Avon books! Lynsay Sands Pamela Palmer and Kerrelyn Sparks from your list are on mine as well! I would have to add Jeaniene Frost though! I love her books! I am going to ahve to check out the others you mentioned though! I would love to be a part of Avon Addicts, but I am not very good at writing reviews lol I can talk up a storm about a book I like but ask me to write it down and I go blank! Takes me forever to write a review. I do read dozens of books every month, so I am always on the look out for new authors!
